∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience on the Fabric & Fiber Analysis, should have knowledge about Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint.
∎ Should have knowledge about CLO & Woven Fabric.
∎ Experience on the Fabric & Fiber Analysis, should have knowledge about Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pre-analysis (Count, Construction, Weave, Weight and Composition).Coordinate and work closely with R&D and sample processing department in the factory on new and prospective product development.
∎ Archive subsequent records on all new development covering the technical call outs (if any).Assist creative design (fabric) department on mood boards, waterfall creation, new development and product/hanger alignment/display in the showroom for customer meetings.
∎ Time to time travel to the factory/plant and follow up the progress on new product development enabling product development team to commercialize and display the products in a timely manner.
∎ Work closely with Product development and Creative Design department and collaborate with Apparel Design and Sample Processing department in the plant to perform product development activities in more effective way.
∎ Assist line manager to implement the new product design and development activities to the set trends in a timely manner.
∎ Attend customer meetings as and when require and get the new ideas from our existing customers and/or competitors on new products/designs and share your findings with your line manager.
∎ Mark the records on your findings from own area of working/department and give feedback to the line manager to accelerate product development activities.
∎ Set individual capacity target to gather practical knowledge on different types of yarns, woven fabric manufacturing, processing, apparel design and washing methods/techniques etc.
