∎ BBA, MBA, or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputable university with strong academic performance is required.

∎ Experience in Garments Manufacturing (Quality & Production).
∎ Knowledge on International Quality Standards, QMS 2015 & ISO standards on Quality.
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English & Bangla. Proficient in e-mail communication.
∎ Good presentation skill, good team player, amicable and willing to train team members.
∎ Minimum 6 yrs. working experience in same post.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/relate it with daily work.
∎ 2. Responsible to implement & secure all quality requirements as per the customer demand & international standard.
∎ 3. Responsible for securing Quality compliance requirements.
∎ 4. Responsible for implementing & sustaining all requirements of home apparels brand like IKEA, H&M, M&S and Others.
∎ 5. Responsible for ensuring the calibration of all IMT,S tools, machines and devices uses within the designated area.
∎ 6. Provide approval of working samples (Cut to pack) aligning with the customer approved sample.
∎ 7. Review product requirements or specification (TED, Drawing/ Image, Pack Req., Product specification) and ensure the delegation of Ò Working Instruction Ó-Confectioning to packaging.
∎ 8. Verify MSA & attribute agreement for QA & QC inspectors and communicate to concern accordingly.
∎ 9. Responsible for SPC through process normality, stability & capability analysis.
∎ 10. Working for continual quality improvement by leading the RTY projects for selective articles.
∎ 11. Responsible for conducting pre-production meeting & maintain records for every new design.
∎ 12. Develop yearly training calendar and securing the execution of required technical training for the department as per the TNA & calendar.
∎ 13. Lead internal RQS And final inspection team and coordinate accordingly.
∎ 14. Responsible for securing all required inspection from cutting to packing as per the customer requirement.
∎ 15. Lead AQ product development team and secure the reflectance of all customer requirement in submitted sample within the due timeline.
∎ 16. Responsible for handling all administrative issue for the development.
∎ 17. Develop & secure required competence of the team.
∎ 18. Obey and implement the instruction of the senior officials & head of the department.
