Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As the Group Chief Finance & Admin Officer, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing both financial and administrative functions across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to contribute to the overall success and operational effectiveness of our conglomerate.The incumbent to be responsible for: Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support decision-making. Administration: Oversee administrative functions, including facilities, procurement, and general operations. Ensuring HR and Admin Compliancy is adhered to throughout all factions of the organization. Implementing efficient and compliant administrative processes to support business objectives. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements. Identify and manage financial and operational risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to finance and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with other executives in strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives. Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
