Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Graphic or Print Design is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop new ranges, taking responsibility for everything from design concept through to technical development and product selection.
∎ About the role:
∎ Supporting the Head of Design with the design and development of our collections, producing graphic and print designs that represent the very latest fashion trends.
∎ React quickly to customer requirement and ensure everything you produce within design standards in legal way.
∎ Creative with a real vision for designing print and graphics for company product line.
∎ Experience of producing printed and graphic artwork designs both by hand and using CAD in a fast-paced commercial environment.
∎ Previous exposure of the design process working from concept through to technical development and product execution.
∎ Managing the print strike off process- sending out designs at the start of the season, communicating comments and colour approvals to customers and proactively managing correspondence with suppliers to keep track of strike offs and sampling.
∎ Keeping an organised archive of all print files and printed fabrics season by season.
∎ Supporting with fabric sourcing and taking responsibility for organising folders of all supplier's fabric bases for printing, and keeping these folders up to date.
∎ Assisting with team meetings and presentations
∎ Overseas travels for business requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Qualifications:
∎ Skilled in producing hand drawn and painted artwork.
∎ Be highly skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
∎ Must be able to perform efficiently with tight deadlines
∎ Excellent computer skills including WGSN/ Internet research
∎ Trend research and forecasting
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Degree in Graphic or Print Design is preferable
∎ Strong commercial eye
∎ Deadline focused and goal driven
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple tasks
∎ Great organizational skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
