Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Graphic Design:
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and create visually appealing graphics for various platforms and mediums.
∎ Design captivating logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and other materials that reflect the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
∎ Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.
∎ 2. Video Editor:
∎ Create visually stunning animations that enhance the storytelling process, engaging viewers and delivering impactful messages.
∎ Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools to bring static visuals to life through motion graphics and animation.
∎ Work with the creative team to develop storyboards and animatics, ensuring a clear direction for the animation process.
∎ 3. Multimedia Content:
∎ Develop multimedia content, including animated videos and interactive presentations, for both marketing campaigns and internal projects.
∎ Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and different sectors CSU’s to synchronize animation with written and spoken content.
∎ 4. Industry Trends and Innovation:
∎ Stay up-to-date with design and animation trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.
∎ Suggest innovative ideas and creative approaches to elevate our projects and maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 1 / 2 Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor or in a similar role.
∎ A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and animation skills across various styles and projects.
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects etc.).
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
∎ Creative flair, ability to think outside the box, and a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines without compromising quality.
