Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure buyer compliance. Conduct team meetings, staff development to meet highest quality standard.
∎ Develop and improve product quality procedures, systems, work instruction, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines to meet the buyer requirement
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection and testing for the respective buyer.
∎ Need to handle Buyer’s Q.C as well as lead the GPQ and Quality Audit Teams.
∎ Conduct floor audits and manage first output/ production inspection and measurement report; as well as first output review against the sample. Follow-up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Inline inspection (by Buyer Q.C) findings should be discussed with respective production, IE and QA team to get the corrective action.
∎ Coordinate with production (Knitting to Shipment), merchandising and buyer representative in inspection and audit matters.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system and co-ordinate with management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Need to arrange at PP meeting and finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to the quality inspectors.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment as per buyer’s quality level.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
