Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking sample approval from merchandiser.
∎ Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
∎ Should do risk assessment and should have the knowledge about the product.
∎ Follow up buyer quality requirement in each stage from cutting, sewing, finishing and do inline, prefinal up to final inspection close monitoring.
∎ Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time without any issues.
∎ Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control and report time to time to management .
∎ Deliver any quality controlling message of the buyer end to the related section.
∎ Ensure end product quality before the buyer final quality inspection.
∎ Arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.
∎ Ensure every comments of the QC file and sample in bulk garments being implemented.
∎ Work with the buyer in QC at the time of the final inspection.
∎ Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
∎ GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
∎ Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer / work independently
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates. to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ We will give priority to those who have experience with CARREFOUR and WATMART
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ handling independent buyer Walmart and Carrefour from cutting to shipment , process by process need to focus on quality and auditing .
∎ Should have good knowledge on checking the master files once receive from the concern merchandiser.
