∎ Age at least 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible to look after all Tax issues of the Company complying recent Govt rules and regulations accordingly. The applicant who has accounts background and also having excellent knowledge on Accounts & Finance will be given preference.
∎ To look after all Tax matters of the company.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Income Tax related issues;
∎ Communicate with Appellate Tribunal, Tribunal, when needed.
∎ Communicate to NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters.
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of annual Corporate Tax return and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Liaision and maintaining all Tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain Tax benefits;
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law;
∎ Maintain close liaison with Custom Authority, NBR, Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
