Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage and implement the marketing plan to achieve the target set by the Company.
∎ Motivate, manage and lead the team to perform as per the required standard.
∎ Plan and implement all promotional activities, campaign, offers in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Management Team.
∎ Manage and maintain the target achievement of channel partners as per approved detailed strategy and action plan.
∎ Analyze data and take result-oriented strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Develop, execute and review all related policies.
∎ Plan and manage inventory and forecast of orders and ensure smooth supply and movement of goods as per the approved forecast.
∎ Complete and submit all reports to the Management on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years' experience in distribution of consumer goods with reputed national or multinational Company. Background in chemicals/pharmaceuticals FMCG/Cosmetics distribution would be beneficial.
