∎ Bachelor's / Master's degree from any reputed University.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set up sales targets for distributors and Field force both individual & team of the Company and ensure achieving the target (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
∎ Hardworking and must have a positive attitude towards responsibilities Good communication skills and the ability to work in the team under pressure.
∎ Dealers Networking, Problems solving, new dealers opening and communicating all the promotional schemes to the sub- Ordinate, retailers, and distributors.
∎ Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and any other reports requested by the Management.
∎ Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with The Sub-Distributor's Visibility / Competitor activity; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 04 (Four) to 08 (Eight) years experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area of (FMCG).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the similar post at least for a period of 2 years.
∎ Good Computer Knowledge on (MS Office Program specially Excel, Email and Internet)
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Very strong approach to systems, processes & standard operation procedures.
