Experience:
The applicants should have experience in the following woven garments industry mostly in Planning.
Team player with proactive interpersonal skills. Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
Result-oriented and a strong desire of success. Good presentation and analytical skill.
Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of woven processes, fabrics types and quality standards.
Self-Driven, Strategic thinker, Good in communication, presentation, statistical & Analytical skills.
Proficient in planning software, ERP, computing and MS Office.
Making production planning/scheduling as per the confirmed order considering on-time shipment, cost minimization, 100 capacity utilization.
Update production planning time to time according to the current situation and priority.
Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting , sewing, washing and finishing according to plan.
Follow up the supply chain order confirmation status and timely coordinate with concern to provide factory status and upcoming challenges.
Monitoring the production progress & status as per planning.
Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan of orders, coordinate with merchandiser, production team with effective efficiency.
Making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
Reviewing Production plan and ensuring timely shipment, coordinate with merchandiser for raw material floor for efficient production plan.
Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
Control Excessive overtime, reduce operation cost, best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
Review calculated SMV on garments sketch for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
Ensure scientific Layout & Operation bulletin make minimum 10 days ago for every style based on process, machine & man.
Ensure Risk analysis meeting for every style before line feeding for smooth operation.
Ensure Change over time "0" for every style & lead the full production team from beginning.
Increase productivity and efficiency through Method study, Re-engineering, motion study, Time study, line balancing.
Line balancing ensure as per plan pick target for all styles from layout start by proper capacity study.
Ensure effective use of the resources.
Responsible for size set making and conduct pre-production meetings to ensure on time line feeding.
Ensure capacity study for new production layout and solve the bottleneck processes.
Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
