Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM or Masters in Any Discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with PGD in HRM will be given highly preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies & Plans as per local, International law and different buyer's codes of conduct for best practice.
∎ To ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Ensure all Social, Technical, Environmental, Security, Fire & Safety, Chemical Safety, Building & Electrical Safety and legal compliance Audit & issues of the factory.
∎ Co-ordinate and follow-up continuously on different Training Program.
∎ Assist & Follow-up in Audit booking, prepare CAP Report & day to day audit follow-up.
∎ Plan, lead and direct the HR & Compliance department to prepare and organize the factory as per Audit & buyer standards.
∎ To follow-up & Monitoring Worker & Staff Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Grievances, Disciplinary, Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Rewards & Recognition, Compensation Benefit & Incentive schemes etc.
∎ Implement Organizational & Departmental Development Strategy for future business challenges.
∎ Plan and implement skills development and succession planning program in all the Business Units.
∎ Carry out regular Internal Audit at Factories in a certain interval based on Company COC and other Audit COC (i.e amfori BSCI COC, WRAP COC, ETI Code etc.), put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports to higher up.
∎ To ensure & manage all necessary documents & records of HR & Compliance Department accordingly.
∎ Carry out Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience in working with export oriented RMG Sectors.
∎ Must be thorough with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord and Alliance, CT-PAT etc.
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit.
∎ Ability to lead a large group of people in a proficient manner, More than 26,000 employees.
∎ Precise knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006, HR & Compliance procedures & practices; and its applications.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in both written and oral English & Bangla.
