∎ Have proper knowledge and experience on printing design (AOP, Garments Printing).
∎ Have the ability to maintain and control a full design team.
∎ Have efficient knowledge on print types for accurate design making.
∎ Have Problem solving ability.
∎ A proactive approach regarding any issue.
∎ Team working skill.
∎ Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
∎ Working with merchandiser and production team to meet their expectations.
∎ Have to understand buyer comments for further process.
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective.
∎ Any other responsibility assigns by the management.
