∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): uPVC Pipe, Fittings, Water Tank, Water Pump, Plastic Furniture & Houseware, Polymer, PVC & WPC Door etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Over all supervision of regular sales operation of the company and carrying out all developments works as desired by Management.
∎ To Prepare annual Business Plan, Monthly Quarterly and Annual Sales Target Yearly Sales plan.
∎ Monitoring & Flow-up a Large Number of Marketing team Day to Day and Implementation of set Marketing policies, strategies to Achieve sales Target.
∎ Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.
∎ Hire & develop a team of strong performers for effective sales & distribution.
∎ Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales& distribution strategy.
∎ create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its Implementation.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities to manage the sales team coordinate with the transmission team.
∎ prepare reports for management sales report, sales forecast, target setup, market analysis etc.
∎ To prepare and share regional market/ business including the stand &status of competitors and propose way forward.
∎ To ensure Appropriate monitoring on merchandising and promotional activities of RDS& outlet of Nationals.
∎ To Create planned distribution network through new outlets and implement the same as per desire of the management
∎ To promote new products to the targeted outlets and generate through new coverage.
∎ Supervise a Large number of marketing forces its day-to-day administration and review their performance on regular basis.
∎ Attending monthly meeting with others seniors’ management of the business.
∎ Continual Training and development of all members of the sales development.
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best result.
∎ Lead a dynamic marketing team in implementation of set market policies strategies and organize action plan to achieve sales target.
∎ Implement National sales marketing and development program.
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the top management from time to time
∎ Develop ideas and create offers for direct sales to retail customers.
∎ Carry out market research competitors and customers surveys.
∎ Overall responsible of sales & marketing of a nationals.
∎ To maintain all kinds of official correspondence and maintain of all staff.
∎ Ensure timely develop of different reports to the head office.
∎ Liaison with top management of the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain Relationship with key business contacts to achieve mutual benefits
∎ Coordinate and communicate with the distribution logistic team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Ensure Financial management of the company and timely reporting.
