Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering
∎ Graduation from any discipline with extensive experiences in RMG track is also encourage to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Quality Management System such as SPC, Traffic light etc.
∎ To lead the QA team and develop the QA system according to company's QA manual.
∎ Detect faults and recommend corrective action timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implemented preventive and /or corrective actions.
∎ Setting up of quality monitoring systems & process, liaison with cutting, sewing and managing quality assurance resources deployed in different section.
∎ To continuously develop own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, in order to enhance service quality and personal development.
∎ Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company satisfactions.
∎ Maintain effective communication with the members of the buying, merchandising, production, Planning, Logistics and some others departments
