10 year(s) with a renowned 100 Export Oriented Garments Industry.
Job Context:
∎ General Manager ( Production)
∎ Woven (Bottom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have woven experiences ( For BOTTOM).
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard .
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production , smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth garments production.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in floor.
∎ Setup sewing line , check consumption, costing and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production including 1st & 2nd hr prod and work for increasing.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Communicate always with merchandising team and solve every production related issues involved merchandising.
∎ Achieve maximum production by lowest cost.
∎ Increase the efficiency & productivity.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding wash also
∎ Take action for minimizing losses, reject & rework daily basis.
∎ Ensure the effective full worker and minimize the absenteeism as well.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Woven Experiences more than 10 yrs
∎ Particularly worked in Denim Bottom exp min 10 yrs
Salary: Negotiable
