• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Textile and Apparels related Training/ Degree.

• Only Male

• At least l2-15 years of experience in denim garment production, with at least 5 years in General Manager role.

• Strong knowledge of denim manufacturing .

• Familiarity with updated automation in denim Manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams and ensure compliance with international standards.

• Must be willing to work in a factory environment.

• Lead factory independently to manage the entire factory operations, starring from order receiving to ` shipment.

• increase quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.

• Plan, organize direct, and nm optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.

• Provide clear direction, encouragement, and support to team members.

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

• To motivate the workforce to achieve the company`s goal.

• Lead automation, innovation, and adaption of technology.

• Deal with foreign stakeholders.

• Implement & Improve IE operation in detail.

• Plan and improve efficiency.
