Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Operations Management complete industry with strong command and control.
∎ Clear knowledge about knit composite garments production and over all factory operation.
∎ Able to run 40 line garments production.
∎ Strong control in supply chain to ensure smooth production.
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations.
∎ Ensure production targets are met efficiently without compromising quality standards.
∎ Ensure profit in every individual unit.
∎ Strong leadership and inspire a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to department heads and staff.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
∎ Streamline production processes to reduce costs.
∎ Implement and maintain stringent quality control managements throughout the production process.
∎ Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials on time in-house within the TNA.
∎ Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize shortages and excesses.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
∎ General knowledge in RSC, BSCI and others related audit.
∎ Clear knowledge about buyer’s COC, technical audit, product safety audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Proven experience in a senior management role within the knit composite garments industry.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
∎ Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can-do attitude, Able to take challenges.
