Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
accessories sourcing, Garments Manufacturing, Woven Merchandiser
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T & A plans and able to oversee sampling, production & quality.
∎ Co-ordinate customers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A and attend PP meeting.
∎ Communicate with listed suppliers for: raw materials, all approval, booking as well as delivery.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking follow up with Factory.
∎ Follow-up Fabric, Washing, Printing, Embroidery, Sample & Garments construction to ensure right Quality.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ To get the opportunity and negotiate for new buyers and the new collection of orders.
∎ Supervising liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure on time shipments.
∎ Participating in promotional activities and forecasting order levels.
∎ Meeting buyers and negotiating the terms of the contract of the buyer's policy.
∎ Develop improvement plans, produce monthly reports.
∎ As product owner following-up client account from order inquiry to shipment inventory and supply chain.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants should have moderate knowledge in computer operation.
