∎ Professional certification (e.g., CA, FCA, CFA) is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term objectives. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
∎ Performance Monitoring & Controls: Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Establish and maintain robust financial controls and accounting procedures.
∎ Banking, Financing & Cash Flow Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions, secure funding, and ensure liquidity. Oversee cash flow, investments, and debt management while negotiating terms for financing instruments.
∎ Risk Management & Compliance: Implement risk management policies to mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, collaborating with auditors as needed.
∎ Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with other departments to ensure aligned and integrated financial operations.
∎ Sector-Specific Financial Expertise: Tailor financial strategies for spinning, yarn, food, agri, and packaging industries. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies for optimized performance and profitability.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance, plans, and reports to shareholders, board members, and stakeholders. Maintain transparency and effective communication on financial matters.
