Job Responsibilities:
∎ The scope of planning department includes overall policy making for the smooth operation of Accounts & Finance department. As well as it will contribute as a strategic development partner of Group and SBUS' policy making which related with any monetary transaction (in kind or cash form). It will apprised the investment appraisal of any new project or product or any extension of existing facilities. Also planning about the personnel management of the department according to the resource and requirements.
∎ The scope of financial reporting department includes recording transactions, summarizing information, and analyzing information, reporting information and presenting it for use by groups that include owners, management, lenders, government authorities and other external stakeholders.
∎ The day-to-day duties of credit control department are varied and include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, managing debt recovery. It also involves in evaluating new credit requests, including checking credit ratings, deciding whether to allow credit to a debtor and advising on credit limit.
∎ The assets management includes identifying the standard classification of assets, establishing standard procurement process of assets, maintaining register of assets, categorizing the assets. adjusting/ assets, fixing the targeted useful life of assets, covering the risk of damage of the with floating assets and covering those with standard of identifying of any accident and immediate transformation transferring of assets with different perils, assessing the risk associate with floating assets and covering those with different perils, setting standard of identifying of any accident and immediate transformation of information to cover the damage, communicating with surveyor of Insurance Company, negotiating with claims department to realize the maximum damage.
∎ The treasury management includes cash management, risk management, liquidity management, debt management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, international funding, repatriation strategies, and strategic partner of business units.

∎ At least 03 years of experience in Planning, Reporting and Controlling or equivalent job experience in any large group of companies.
