Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ FCA or FCMA qualified members will be preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Financial Analysis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for to look after, monitor & implementation of overall operation of Accounts & Finance as head of the department of the Company.
∎ Oversee Costing, Fund arrangement & Fund Management, Investment, budget, forecast, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project analysis, Cost control, Asset Management of all assigned Business Units of the Company.
∎ Provide analytical & operational support for the accounts & financial performance of the Company's all Business Units.
∎ Plan, forecast, analyze & review financial/performance data for the Company.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to the top Management of the Company.
∎ Handle the complete finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT & other legal issues of the company with guidelines of the Management.
∎ Finalize Accounts, liaise with auditors & reports to the Management at regular interval.
∎ Management of financial queries on daily basis to predict challenges, plug out inefficiencies and advise & guide top-level management for strategic decision making.
∎ Monitor & analyze accounting data & produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Look after periodic return submission, hearing & assessment in Tax & VAT Authority.
∎ Any other assignments as per superior of the Comapny.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ FCA or FCMA will be given preference.
∎ 15-20 years' experience in A/c & Finance field with at least 5 years of experience in the capacity of DGM.
∎ The person should have exposure to accounts finalization, liaising with auditors and management reporting.
∎ Applicant should have experience in Group of Company, Manufacturing Industries/ Companies.
∎ Strong analytical & financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules & regulations related to Company Law, Taxation, VAT & Banking.
∎ Exceptional problem solving, verbal & written communication, presentation & project management skills.
∎ Computer literacy to run simulations and conduct ongoing research.
