Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the company's strategic plans for garment accessories, focusing on expanding market share and enhancing profitability.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities for garment accessories by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
∎ Establish long-term goals and targets for both the marketing and production teams.
∎ Oversee the introduction of new accessories to meet market demand and customer specifications.
∎ Lead the marketing and sales efforts for garment accessories, including generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales.
∎ Create and implement marketing strategies to promote accessories to potential customers, both domestically and internationally.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust the product portfolio and marketing tactics accordingly.

∎ Ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and components needed for the production of accessories, working closely with the procurement team.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring a steady supply chain while negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
∎ Work to reduce lead times and optimize inventory management to balance stock levels with demand forecasts.
∎ Ensure that the production process adheres to quality standards and that the final products meet customer specifications.
∎ Implement quality control procedures for inspecting incoming raw materials and finished products.
∎ Address any production defects or customer complaints by leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
∎ Work closely with the quality control department to ensure compliance with ISO standards or any other relevant industry certifications.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
