∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly credit recovery work plan has been firmly implemented assigned personnel;
∎ Supervise collection concern personnel in their day to day collection follow and compare with the collection plan.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visit as well as surprise visit to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the staff;
∎ Ensure sales personnel understand and the contingency credit recovery plan and knows how/when to put it in place.
∎ Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including recommendation for resolution;
∎ Weekly, monthly reporting for overdue, Area/Region wise collection and recovery performance.
∎ Initiate legal procedure coordinate with legal department where necessary.;
∎ Any other duties that may be assigned by the seniors/managements from time to time.
∎ Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit policy, approval process that properly addresses client character, Nature of Business, capacity of the company;
∎ Work with risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies;
∎ Work with operations and Sales/Marketing team to analyze competitive environment at the dealer level and recommend alternative competitive strategies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Candidate who has vast experience in collection monitoring will given preference.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
