∎ MBA/ Post Graduation Degree major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual target set by the management.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
∎ Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting corporate customers.
∎ Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets.
∎ Have to conduct industrial sales route in outer Dhaka.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 05 years practical experience as GM-Corporate sales or 15 years' experience at senior level in related field (TV, Refrigerator, AC & Home appliances).
∎ Have experience in Corporate Sales and have the ability to manage all corporate sales staffs and train them.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
∎ Having Sr. Level experience of Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point (to make presentations) and be capable to use Company ERP software.
∎ In case of well experienced applicant; Educational qualification & age limit may be relaxed.
