- MBBS qualification with 10 years of progressive experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing will be preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, Client Relationship Management and Strategic Planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Position: GM, Corporate Business, Labaid Hospitals & Diagnostics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate and B2B marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Design & implement marketing campaigns to promote Labaid’s hospital and diagnostic services to corporate and business clients all over Bangladesh.
- Collaborate with internal departments (clinical, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
- Oversee branding, communications & promotions targeted at corporate stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Lead & mentor the corporate marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Prepare & manage budgets, forecasts, and corporate marketing performance reports.
