Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and generative algorithms.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
∎ Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and generative models.
∎ Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model performance.
∎ Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability in a production environment.
∎ Continuously evaluate the performance of existing models and iterate to enhance their accuracy and robustness.
∎ Document technical specifications and methodologies for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ The candidate will be working at UK hours (GMT and GMT+1).
∎ Work after hours if required to overlap UK times
∎ Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
∎ Knowledge of reinforcement learning and adversarial training techniques.
∎ Understanding of data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering.
∎ Ability to create visualizations and dashboards to present model results.
∎ Generative AI specific architectures, prompt engineering and fine-tuning

∎ • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
∎ • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
