Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team by setting right direction, focus and priorities to drive and achieve business goal.
∎ Ensure countrywide strong Dealer & Distribution infrastructure.
∎ Formulating of short, mid and long term sales strategy to attain sales target.
∎ Monitoring of sales force activities and call management practice to maximize productivity.
∎ Develop and execute performance matrix.
∎ Initiate and coordinate action plan development to penetrate products in the markets.
∎ Provide reports and timely feedback on performance to senior management.
∎ Manage team which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, and codes of conduct and ensures that they are timely communicated and properly implemented within the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth Knowledge about sales systems;
∎ Sound Knowledge about establishing distribution networks and business introducers; Knowledge in Market penetration strategy;
∎ Knowledge & expertise in Effective product launching & Re-lunching process/activities.
