∎ Skills Required: Garments Washing Plant
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience in all kind of washing & dry process with automatic and semi automatic machines.
∎ Capable to manage 25,000 pcs of Denim pants per day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be capable to handle 25,000 pcs of Bottoms Washing each day. Denim and non Denims. RND and production to the completion. Must attend buyers approval meetings.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Applicants now getting less than Tk. 100,000 may not apply.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Must qualify for a period of one year service for Festival allowance. May provide accommodation near the Plant.
