Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning and Overall Production of the Factory;
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization;
∎ Ensuring frequent communication with the in-house technical & operational team in order to ensure smooth shipment as per schedule for the Orders of the buyers;
∎ Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period. Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it;
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis;
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process;
∎ Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to all performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency;
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity;
∎ To co-ordinate with Merchandising Department for production / lead time / shipment etc;
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Method;
∎ To monitor production plan bring it in line with capacity & strength;
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in Production in Knit Composite Garments of which at least 05 years of continuous service record with a reputed organization.
∎ Qualification may be relaxed for comprehensive experienced person in this field.
∎ Able to supervise & manage team members effectively.
∎ Well versed in computer operation.
Salary: Negotiable
