Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To manage procurement process against Fabrics booking from Marketing and confirm quality(Technical parameter), delivery lead time and price .
∎ • To manage procurement process of Dyes & Chemical for Dyeing, AOP, Wash against requisition from factory.
∎ • To manage procurement process of Trims Raw materials and finished Trims & Accessories against requisition from factory.
∎ • Lead the central Procurement team to achieve the organization goal in terms of cost reduction and Hit rate of TNA.
∎ • To allocate PI in the Sales contract/Export LC for opening BBL/C against independent purchase/requisition .
∎ • Yarn lot test report analysis and get clearance from Textile QA dept for bulk order.
∎ • To follow up and monitor yarn IH start and close date to match with TNA.
∎ • To follow up and monitor sample yarn(Development) purchase and stock position and in house decision as per R&D requirements.
∎ • To follow up and monitor procurement process of machineries and spare parts till in-house maintaining all customs and bond formalities.
∎ • To check EOQ & Re-order level statement and decide to purchase.
∎ • To check yarn stock ageing report and ensure utilization of old stock in consultation with SCM Factory & Textile Division .
∎ • To collect and analyze brand and lot-wise process loss statement and evaluate spinner quarterly.
∎ • To assess store area and maintain minimum stock
∎ • To check updated import consignment and take corrective measure to release the import consignment well in time.
∎ • Yarn & Fabrics stock ageing analysis.
∎ • Continuously developing a pool of good vendors for various group of items and building a long term sustainable relationship with them.
∎ • Negotiating with the vendors and finalizing the terms and conditions for performance guarantee, supervise services, shipment, payments, etc.
∎ • Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts .
∎ • Developing proper MIS for monitoring & control of all indents, Purchase orders, supplier performance, and circulating the same on regular basis.

∎ • Clear understanding on procurement related activities.
∎ • Having sufficient knowledge on Inventory/ material management
∎ • Having work knowledge on ERP
∎ • Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ • Should have 12 years relevant experience in Garments/Textile industry..
∎ • Should be proactive.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ • Computer literacy is a must.
∎ • Honesty & Negotiation Ability are required.
