• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering

• BSc in Computer Science & Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 20 years of progressive experience in software development, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership or entrepreneurial roles.
• Hands-on experience in developing AI-powered software solutions and applying AI technologies to real-world challenges.
• Proven ability to lead large software engineering teams and deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact digital solutions.
• Exposure to industrial automation, IoT or robotics projects in manufacturing is desirable.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering.
• Visionary mindset with strong leadership, communication and management skills.
• Ability to build and nurture high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Define the long-term strategy for software development, industrial automation and digital solutions in alignment with Tekvision’s business vision, serving clients across connected networks and global markets.
• Establish the technology roadmap for software and innovation, driving AI and emerging technology adoption across manufacturing operations and client ecosystems.
• Lead, strengthen and grow the Software Engineering team to deliver scalable, secure and efficient software applications.
• Lead, strengthen and grow the Innovation and R&D team, with a focus on industrial automation using robotic arms and smart devices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digital transformation across the manufacturing lifecycle and client ecosystems.
• Oversee software lifecycle governance, including design, architecture, release planning and change management.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with operational priorities.
• Represent the department in strategic discussions with senior leadership, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage departmental budgets, expenses, resource planning and performance targets.
• Manage key partners and maintain strategic relationships with educational institutions, professional associations and relevant regulatory bodies.
