Education:

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in CCTV/access control or surveillance systems.
- Familiarity with video management systems, biometric access, and network devices (Cisco/Alcatel).
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge (hardware/software).
- Basic skills of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekend/Eid vacation if required).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor CCTV systems, networks, access control panels, and alarms in real-time.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment (CCTV, DVR/NVR, biometric) is functional.
- Perform system health checks and coordinate with IT/Maintenance for issues.
- Review and retrieve video footage for audits, investigations, or incident reporting.
- Maintain backup of footage as per company policy.
- Maintain logs of system activity and report irregularities or breaches.
- Coordinate with the security team for real-time incidents.
- Assist in configuring, installing, or upgrading security devices.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all security protocols and regulations.
- Updating factory layout (AutoCAD) as camera/biometric location changes.
- Maintain online UPS checklist.
