Additional Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT service management, customer support, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in managing IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and request management.
  • Support Customer Success Managers by preparing service review reports and dashboards.
  • Track and follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely resolution and communication.
  • Coordinate with technical support, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve service disruptions.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and help identify trends to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, escalations, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in initiatives to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
