Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in IT service management, customer support, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context: - Assist in managing IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and request management.
- Support Customer Success Managers by preparing service review reports and dashboards.
- Track and follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely resolution and communication.
- Coordinate with technical support, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve service disruptions.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and help identify trends to prevent future issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, escalations, and customer interactions.
- Participate in initiatives to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
