∎ Age at least 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applicant must have a multi-disciplinary background with a minimum of 20 years of vast experience in the textile industry.
∎ Especially major areas of professional activities like project management, Research and development, Quality control, Plant maintenance, environment management, quality management, etc.
∎ Implementation & execution of spinning projects with proper planning and optimization of parameters at all stages of spinning processes for achieving the desired results in terms of productivity & quality.
∎ Capable of handling all the production, maintenance & quality related activities in the spinning rotor & ring projects.
∎ Manage and control overall spinning production-related activities and continually improve quality, effective line balancing, efficiency of cotton production, etc.
∎ Provide Training to the production technologist, staff, and Officers to develop new samples and increase bulk production.
∎ The role is to perform preventative maintenance, repair ,overhaul and routine checking of the mechanical systems of the entire spinning machine.
∎ To execute the management decision promptly.
