Job Responsibilities:
∎ Jamuna Group is looking for well experienced Official to work for the above position at Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka.
∎ A solid understanding of Shopping Centre Business.
∎ Formulate effective plans & systems to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Branding & Creative Skills for achieving desired business objective.
∎ Extensive experience in management of Commercial Assets.
∎ A comprehensive qualification in Business Management.
∎ Exceptional qualities relating to Teamwork, including Strategic Guidance, Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills.
∎ Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results.
∎ Development, implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.
∎ Knowledge of Leases and leasing, accounting, budgeting & trial balance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional communication skills & Strong business writing skills.
∎ Min 15 years relevant experience from the renowned organizations/ Shopping Mall/ Center (Local or Abroad).
