∎ Masters in any discipline. However MBA (Marketing) will be get preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Paper Products like Calendar, Dairy, Book, Note Pad, Register Files, Level, Offset, Leaflet, Poster, Printing, Packaging and Publications, Books of NCTB/Open University/Islamic Foundation/NGO’s Books, etc.
∎ Have excellent communication/negotiation skill and liaison with renowned organization of Govt./ Semi Govt./Private Sector Industries/Corporate House.
∎ Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.
∎ Maintain sales volume, Product mix and selling price with supply demand, Change trend economic indicators and competitor.
∎ Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Supervise, follow up and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
∎ Create new customer base for open Sale/Tender /Sale/Push sale etc. maintain good relation with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Significant work experience in the related field.
∎ Strong networking and communications skill to achieve sales target and growth.
∎ Able to develop new product and business.
∎ Skill in development of strategic plan and its implementation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
