∎ Must have skill book make up and get up.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer operating system.
∎ Keep all office equipment and computer always in good condition.
∎ Responsible to keep record of all office files properly.
∎ Ensure the safety and security measure of the files/documents.
∎ To perform any other assignment at times by the management.
