Responsibilities & Context:
Transcribe and prepare X-ray, Ultrasound, Echocardiography (ECHO), ECG, CT Scan, and other diagnostic reports accurately.
Convert physicians' dictations, handwritten notes, or digital recordings into well-formatted medical reports.
Review and proofread reports for medical terminology, grammar, spelling, formatting, and accuracy.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of diagnostic reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate with consultants, radiologists, sinologists, cardiologists, and laboratory personnel to resolve report-related queries.
Maintain and organize electronic medical records and documentation.
