Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have the ability for hunting foreign buyers to gather enough export order.
∎ Coordinate with Factory Head/ Project Head regarding production, Sales Generation, operations, logistics and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ The incumbent should have leadership skills to re-solve problem arises in day to day activities.
∎ The Candidate must have the knowledge of running lead/ green factory.
∎ Take initiative to carry out major plans and procedures formulated by the management, consistent with established policies.
∎ Liaison with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals to Ensure highest turnover with maximum profit.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day production status to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation for optimum output.
∎ Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Higher Management respectively.
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets managing budgets after completion of Job.
∎ Monitor operational performance of the business concern and suggest the ways to improve existing performance.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Directs market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Planning, Organizations, directing and controlling respective divisional marketing, sales and technical support staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Prepares daily / weekly/ Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementation sales plans.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience at related department in similar position of footwear (leather & Synthetic).
