Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bangladesh Development Company Ltd. (BDC) is a reputed Real Estate Company looking for dynamic candidate for the post of General Manager (Marketing & Sales).
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Sales & Marketing of plots.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends. Studying competitors products & services.
∎ Preparing sales and collection reports and other reports assigned by the management
∎ Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets. Collect monthly installments from existing clients. Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing team. Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong interpersonal and high level management skill to motivate and lead teams of professionals.
∎ Knowledge in computer is essential.
