Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Masters in Development Studies/ Management/ Economics or Businesses Administration from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of Planning and coordinating project activities;
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with local (GO&NGO)and foreign partners to achieve organizational goals, and objectives in order to meet the beneficiaries' needs;
∎ Managing the organization staff including hiring, training and supervision.
∎ Formulation & development of organization strategies.
∎ Overseeing all aspects of organizational management including requirements gathering, work planning, communications, risk assessment and management, issue resolution, expense tracking, and change management;
∎ Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Micro Credit Management with all other projects.
∎ Provide regular reporting to SCCSL Board on overall performance of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to lead, coordinate and manage a large team;
∎ 12-15 Years in the related field. Experience in bank & large organization like PKSF, BRAC, Grameen Bank, CARITAS, ASA will be given preference.
∎ Ability to conceptualize complex problems into analytical and operational frameworks;
∎ Experience in NGO work with Micro Credit Management
∎ Proficiency in writing and speaking English is required ;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Ready to visit field as and when required.

Salary: Negotiable
