Franchise & multi-unit management
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee restaurants with combined seating capacity of 300+
Ensure staff coordination with world-class service
Lead opening of the new “Food & Beverage” outlet from design to launch
Develop and implement digital campaigns and PR events that increased bookings by 40%
Prepare budget and manage “Profit & Loss” of the restaurant
Introduced loyalty program & influencer marketing
Coordinate staff training programs
Establish partnership with luxury brands for co-branded events
