∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead Big Team of a Knit Composite Factory including Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Printing, Embroidery etc.
∎ To follow-up Sustainable quality Standard in every Steps of Production Process.
∎ To confirm & control the quality level to make customer delighted.
∎ To communicate with buyer regarding all quality issue & inspection purpose.
∎ To monitor all quality person people & train up them about quality system.
∎ To follow up all kinds of audit & make sure compliance inside factory.
∎ To ensure all kinds of safety issue With making individual guidelines as per buyer requirements for all buyer.
∎ To ensure all kinds of report maintaining (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) & report to top management.
∎ To find out weak points of Quality section in the factory & improve it.
∎ To follow up all buyer requirements & ensure quality level as well.
∎ To ensure all kinds of test result ok as per buyer before shipment.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
