Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Yarn Manufacturing will add advantage
∎ PGD in Supply Chain will add advantage
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Team working
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
yarn manufacturing, Yarn Procurement, Yarn Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the goods and materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Accountable for to source yarn from various supplier/country to reduce the purchase cost.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Forwarding all invoices to Accounts and Finance Department along with delivery Challan / approved requisition, comparative statement (CS) and other relevant documents (if any).
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently & meet deadline under pressure
∎ Excellent negotiation, presentation & follow up skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
