• Strong knowledge of knit yarn production including:

  • 100% Cotton (Carded, Combed, Slab, Compact)

  • 100% Viscose

  • Polyester

  • Blended Yarn (PC, CVC)

  • Recycled Yarn

• Sound knowledge of Bale Management System.

• Expertise in waste control management.

• Adequate knowledge of safety measures for both manpower and machinery in a spinning mill.

• Strong leadership and floor management capability.

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Customer-facing problems to be identified and guided by a root-cause analysis to solve the same efficiently.

• Responsible for all-level quality control and quality assurance activities.

• Improve the higher YR getting activity.

• Maintaining count-wise, machine-wise, mill-wise, material-wise quality data.

• Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.

• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it by consulting with Project Head.

• Capable to establish an effective Inter Departmental communication.

• Efficient leadership through floor management and system upgrading.

• Capable to work under pressure and hardworking ability.

• Willing to accept responsibility & perform accordingly within a minimum supervision.

• Adequate conception of safety measures of Man & Machine in a Spinning Mill.

• Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise.

• Ensure Manpower utilization at optimum level.
