Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree required; technical background in Textile or Garment Engineering is highly preferred.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 51 years
∎ Minimum 15 to 25 years of progressive experience in the garment/textile sector, specifically in Quality Assurance.
∎ Extensive hands-on experience working with European discounter brands and private label brands is mandatory.
∎ Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking) is mandatory; understanding of Bangla communication is an advantage.
∎ Strong technical expertise in:
∎ Pattern making and CAD (ASSYST software)3D garment design and virtual product development.Product lifecycle and inspection management.
∎ Physical and chemical testing protocols (as per ISO/DIN standards).
∎ Garment fittings and functional textile analysis, especially for workwear, sportswear and industrial wash Garments.
∎ Preference will be given to foreign nationals with relevant experience.
∎ Proven leadership capabilities with multicultural teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ High integrity and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the full scope of Quality Assurance operations, from raw material to finished product delivery.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with international quality and testing standards, including ISO and DIN.
∎ Provide technical leadership in Pattern Design, CAD (ASSYST software), 3D sampling, and textile fitting.
∎ Drive efficiency and consistency across product development, inspections, and technical troubleshooting.
∎ Develop inspection protocols and lead technical audits.Manage the quality assurance of Workwear and Pro Label Garments, with a focus on functionality and compliance.
∎ This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone with a solid background in quality assurance and product development within the textile and garments sector—especially for European discounter brands and private label business.
