Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate will oversee all daily operations of the plant, be Responsible for daily production output, product quality, and daily on-time delivery, and Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day washing operations.
He Will be responsible for managing all types of washing chemicals.
He Will be responsible to manage machinery maintenance and improvement.
He Will directly lead chemical preparation section.
He must work closely on the floor with each section.
Directly lead worker training and improvement planning.
From time to time communicate with the Managing Director on the overall operations of the washing Plant.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director & Managing Director.
