Proven track record of working with global apparel brands and multinational corporations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and execute production plans based on order quantities and delivery timelines in coordination with planning and merchandising teams.
Lead and supervise the entire production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.
Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Implement cost-saving measures, reduce waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
Work closely with the quality team to ensure all products meet buyer specifications and standards.
Arrange training programs to improve workers’ skills and introduce modern production practices.
Provide regular production reports and analyse performance data for continuous improvement.
Act as a key link between top management and production units, ensuring smooth communication and execution of directives.
