Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Master degree from any recognized university preferably from Science or Commerce Background.
∎ Degree on Industrial Engineering / Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total production operation to execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Have to monitor from raw materials to finish goods.
∎ Have to submit report to authority every day for production, consumption, costing, quality etc.
∎ Responsible for ensure proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have 15-20 (Fifteen-Twenty) years working experience in the Footwear industry.
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
∎ Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology.
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
∎ Capable to take cost effective strategic decision in favor of the company.
∎ Should be familiar with Customer Relationship Management
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
